Edith Vonnegut, born in 1914 in Indianapolis, Indiana, was an American painter and artist. She was the daughter of famous author Kurt Vonnegut and his first wife, Jane Marie Cox.
Although she was not as well-known as her father, Edith Vonnegut had a successful career as an artist, exhibiting her work in galleries and museums across the United States. She primarily worked in watercolors, creating vibrant and colorful landscapes and abstract compositions.
